Position Overview Personal Banker in PNC's Retail Banking organization, based at 716 E Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, FL 34470. Responsible for acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing customer experience, collaborating with ecosystem partners, and driving new revenue and customer loyalty. Responsibilities Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately. Work Experience – Typically requires an associate’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge; comparable education, certification, and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education – No degree required. Certifications / Licenses – No required certification or license. Subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
