Full-Time 7:00PM-7:00AM or 7:00AM-7:00PM | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Lyonsview Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a RN Supervisor to oversee our overnight nursing operations in Knoxville, Tennessee. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who can support staff, ensure quality care, and confidently manage the building during off hours.
Supervisor Requirements

• Must hold a valid RN license in the state of Tennessee
• Must be reliable and available to work scheduled shifts
• Experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred, but not required
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care

Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
• Monitor resident conditions, review care plans, and ensure accurate documentation
• Ensure infection control, medication administration and safety procedures are followed
• Participate in audits and inspections as needed
• Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and quality assurance documentation
• Serve as a point of contact for residents and families regarding care concerns
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing to improve care standards
• Act as a resource for problem-solving clinical or staffing issues
