Caregivers provide essential support to disabled individuals and elderly clients in private home settings. They ensure clients' well-being through personal care, medication assistance, and companionship, adapting to flexible schedules including day, night, and 24-hour shifts. Their role fosters comfort, safety, and dignity for clients in their daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with hygiene
• Administer medication as directed
• Prepare meals according to client needs
• Support client mobility and physical activities
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Monitor health conditions and report changes
• Maintain clear communication with clients and families

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of caregiving experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Knowledge of patient hygiene
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
• Basic medical knowledge
