Sales Representative - Louisville/Lexington - Interventional Spine (IVS)

Field-based sales role selling interventional spine products to physicians, hospitals, and surgery centers across a defined territory. Build customer relationships, support clinical procedures, and drive revenue through consultative selling and territory management in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell interventional spine products within assigned territory to meet sales objectives
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and clinical staff for account growth
• Support product evaluations and procedures in operating rooms and ambulatory surgery centers
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value propositions
• Identify new business opportunities and develop territory plans to increase market penetration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device or healthcare
• OR bachelor's degree with leadership, military, or high-performance environment background
• OR 5+ years outside/B2B sales with documented performance goal achievement
• Ability to provide in-person support during procedures in clinical environments
• Physical capability to stand extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory
