Retina Surgeon / Ophthalmologist - Full Time + Sign-on Bonus + Relocation Allowance - Yuma, AZ
This established practice in Yuma, Arizona is looking to add a full time Retina Surgeon / Ophthalmologist!
Compensation and Benefits:
- Year 1 - Guaranteed minimum of $350,000+ (based on experience)
- Year 2 - Receive a 35% of Collections
- Unlimited potential - no compensation cap!
- Up to a $25,000 Sign-on Bonus
- Up to $20,000 for Relocation
- 4 weeks of PTO + 6 Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday

Details:
- Medical + Surgical patients

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 3-4 Clinic days + 1-2 OR days
- No weekends
- No nights
- No holidays
- Call: very minimal, if ever as ODs take the call
