Have you led projects in banking and/or insurance, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables? Or have you successfully coordinated teams to implement operational or digital initiatives? Manage multi-dimensional aspects of projects, including Process, Operations, Compliance, Change, Business Requirements, and IT. Take full responsibility for a dedicated scope within the program, supporting the Program Manager in governance and decision-making. Coordinate and implement the project roadmap, ensuring planning, scope, and deliverables are on track. Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency, operational management, and business outcomes. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between business, IT, and compliance stakeholders. Oversee project closure, documentation, post-implementation reviews, and continuous improvement feedback. Profil Master’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within the banking sector . Proven experience managing transformation, implementation or regulatory projects . Strong stakeholder management and communication skills . Experience working with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies . Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills .
