Multi-Craft Maintenance TechnicianInsight Global is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to support one of our large manufacturing clients in Richmond, VA. This individual will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving a wide range of industrial equipment and building systems. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple maintenance disciplines, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, boiler, and preventative maintenance, and will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, boiler, and pneumatic equipment with minimal supervision.Respond to maintenance work orders and prioritize repairs to minimize equipment downtime.Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.Support the installation, startup, and commissioning of new equipment and facility improvements.Assist in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.Plan maintenance projects, obtain material and cost estimates, and execute projects under the direction of maintenance leadership.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support operational excellence programs.Fabricate, modify, and repair equipment components as needed to support production operations.Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation.Ensure compliance with company safety standards, quality systems, and audit requirements.Identify unsafe conditions and proactively promote a safe work environment.
