Job Details This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business. Shift Details Night Shift | Sunday, 4:00 PM until finished; Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM until Finish Pay Details Pay starting at $23.51 with potential for up to $25.51 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses. Responsibilities Supports resolution of moderately complex shipment, inventory, and reconciliation issues to maintain operational continuity. Allocates shipment materials, handling resources, and required documentation to sustain routine and specialized product movement. Controls inventory and order-processing records to maintain transaction accuracy, stock visibility, and fulfillment readiness. Verifies that released orders progress through defined warehouse processes in line with routing and documentation requirements. Plans workflow priorities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to meet throughput needs. Schedules shipment coordination activities based on release status, pickup timing, and operating dependencies. Summarizes operational status, traceability information, and exception updates to aid warehouse control and monitoring. Education High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. Work Experience Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred. Important Skills Knowledge in pharmacy operations. Knowledge in pharmacy systems. Knowledge in pharmacy adjudication. Knowledge in benefit usage balances, co-pays, days of supply, and health insurance calculations. Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to collaborate across business units. Ability to manage relationships effectively. Ability to organize work, maintain accuracy, and attend to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to analyze information and apply mathematical reasoning. Ability to solve problems and resolve operational issues efficiently. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
