Overview Pay range $XX‑XX per hour (negotiable based on experience). Up to $10k sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5k for part‑time. Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under general supervision of a dentist. Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient. Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures. Provide excellent customer service by seeking opportunities to offer same‑day care. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess dental condition and needs of patients and review medical history. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through our entire treatment process. Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary. Take x‑rays and save into patient charts when necessary. Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion for our patients and parents. Work with a patient population that is predominantly children (70% or more). Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) from ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire). Experience working with children and providing pediatric dental care. Strong communication and customer service skills. Team-oriented mindset, mutual respect, and cooperation.
