Dialysis Nurse Manager

Rosaires Care - San José

We are hiring a Dialysis Nurse Manager to oversee dialysis operations and supervise nursing staff in a patient-centered clinical setting. Responsibilities Schedule patients and staff, provide direct care when needed Ensure treatments follow policies and regulatory standards Develop care standards and participate in staff training Coordinate quality improvement and risk management initiatives Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams Manage supervision of nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staff Work with leadership to improve operational efficiencies Qualifications Accredited nursing degree (RN, BSN, AA) Minimum 6 months dialysis experience Current RN license Strong communication, clinical skills, and leadership abilities Join a nonprofit with a mission to provide individualized, holistic kidney care, supporting growth, research, and meaningful patient outcomes in a diverse, inclusive environment.
