Job Summary
We are seeking organized, service-oriented professionals to join our team as Client Operations Specialists. This role focuses on supporting day-to-day client operations, coordinating travel-related activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the planning and coordination process.
As a Client Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in helping manage client communications, workflow coordination, itinerary support, and operational processes that contribute to exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Support clients throughout various stages of the travel planning and coordination process
- Coordinate operational activities, scheduling updates, and travel-related requests
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and workflow tracking
- Assist with itinerary organization and reservation-related support
- Communicate updates, confirmations, and important information to clients
- Monitor outstanding requests and ensure timely follow-up
- Help maintain efficient operational workflows and service standards
- Collaborate with team members to support positive client experiences
- Ensure travel-related details and client information remain organized and up to date
