Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, presenting products and services, building relationships, and gaining hands-on experience in marketing and sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with prospective customers during promotional activities.
• Present product and service information clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
• Participate in promotional events, community outreach, and in-person campaigns.
• Build positive relationships with customers and prospective customers.
• Assist with promotional materials, displays, and campaign resources.
• Track customer interactions, leads, and promotional activities.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to team members.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
• Represent the company professionally during customer interactions and events.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
