Job Title: Concrete Form SetterLocation: Dallas, TexasJob Type: Full-Time Pay: $24 - $28 per hour (DOE)Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Form Setter to join our team. This position plays a critical role in constructing forms that shape and support concrete structures such as foundations, walls, curbs, and slabs. The ideal candidate has experience working in fast-paced construction environments and takes pride in precision, safety, and quality workmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specificationsMeasure, cut, and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete structuresSet forms to line, grade, and elevation using levels and layout toolsInstall and secure rebar and wire mesh reinforcement as requiredBrace and align forms to ensure stability during concrete placementAssist with concrete placement, finishing, and curing processesStrip, clean, and reuse forms after concrete has setMaintain tools, materials, and a clean, safe job siteFollow all OSHA and company safety proceduresQualifications & Skills2+ years of concrete form setting experience preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and layoutsFamiliarity with formwork systems, hand tools, and power toolsStrong understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA 10/30 preferred) [Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, kneeling)Strong attention to detail and accuracyDependable with strong teamwork skillsMust be willing to travel as neededWork EnvironmentOutdoor construction sites in various weather conditionsPhysically demanding role requiring lifting, carrying, and extended standingWork may involve early mornings, overtime, and weekends depending on project needsBenefits (optional section)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for advancementAbout UsWe are a growing construction company committed to delivering high-quality concrete and civil projects.
