Responsibilities- Offer products such as Home, Auto, Business, and Life Insurance
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Understanding a prospect's needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team
What makes a successful Farmers Insurance Sales Agent?
- Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
- Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Must be coachable
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

2) Is prior insurance sales experience required? No. You dont need any prior knowledge about insurance or sales. We've got you covered with all the training you'll need.
3) Will I have assistance with start-up costs? Yes,Farmers Insurance provides generous lead generation and marketing bonuses. This allows you to be set up for success from the beginning.
4) Will I need to be licensed? Yes, if hired Farmers will assist with obtaining all licenses required.
