Recruiter

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Position Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, screening, and placing qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs. This role partners with branch management, clients, and applicants to ensure open positions are filled efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service. The Recruiter also builds and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through creative recruiting strategies, networking, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, job fairs, and community outreach Review resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews Screen candidates based on client requirements, qualifications, and experience Match qualified candidates with client job openings Maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates for current and future staffing needs Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients Meet daily recruiting goals, including calls, interviews, placements, and starts Onboarding & Compliance Coordinate new hire paperwork, I-9 completion, E-Verify (if applicable), background checks, and drug screenings Ensure all candidate records are accurately entered and maintained in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Verify employee availability and maintain an active candidate database Ensure compliance with company policies and all federal, state, and local employment laws Employee Relations & Customer Service Contact employees daily regarding job opportunities and work availability Conduct wake-up calls and attendance confirmations before scheduled shifts Follow up with employees after their first day and throughout their assignments Respond promptly to applicant inquiries via phone, email, text, and walk-ins Assist with employee relations and professionally resolve associate concerns Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants, employees, clients, and hiring managers Branch Support Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities Utilize social media, WhatsApp groups, and other recruiting tools to attract candidates Work closely with Account Managers, Sales Representatives, and Branch Managers to prioritize recruiting efforts Perform additional duties as assigned to support branch operations Job Requirements: Education High School Diploma or GED required College coursework in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred Experience 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales experience preferred Staffing industry experience is highly preferred Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize multiple job orders simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor and commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and candidates #J-18808-Ljbffr
