Overview
Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Oncology (Med Surg Tele) – Nights in Saint Louis, MO. Start date: 09/21/2026. Duration: Weeks. Shift: Nights (3x12). Weekly pay: $1,811–$1,913 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours for 3x12 shifts. Orientation: 38 hours. This role is in a medical/surgical oncology unit within an acute care setting.

- Unit: CHNE 4 — Medical Oncology (28-room unit)

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult medical/surgical and oncology patients on a 28-room unit
- Administer chemotherapy and monitor patients undergoing treatment; port access/management
- Telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, IV starts/maintenance, and PCA administration
- Use Rapid Response/Code teams as needed; participate in patient safety initiatives
- Chart thoroughly in EPIC; collaborate with a unit secretary and interdisciplinary team
- Float within the service line as needed; maintain 1:5–6 nurse-to-patient ratios and adhere to protocols

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Missouri or eligibility with pending license accepted for submission
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience; first-time travelers accepted
- Certifications: BCLS, NIHSS, Fire safety; EPIC experience required
- Chemotherapy administration, port access, telemetry, IV starts, and dysrhythmia interpretation skills
- Ability to work nights and float within the unit’s service line; adult medical/surgical and oncology patient care experience
