Quality Control Technician

Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Quality Control team member to join their dynamic team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various assembly projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.
Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Location: Franklin, MA
Pay Range: $28.70/hr.
Schedule:Thursday-Sunday 7:00AM - 5:00PM
What's the Job?
Perform quality control tests on different products
Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on systems, components, and devices
Collaborate with engineers to analyze test data and determine root causes of failures
Document and communicate findings, test results, and corrective actions
Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
Assist in the development of test procedures and protocols
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
What's Needed?
Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, engineering technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in a test technician, quality control, or similar hands-on technical role
Strong computer skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent communication and documentation skills
