Making a positive impact is what drives youYou value individuality and find yourself gravitating towards people with other interests who think outside the box, and push the status quo.About What You'll Work On:Independently evaluate the functional ability of patients through the administration, interpretation of standardized tests, clinical observation, and patient/family interviewCreate individualized treatment and educational plans and provide patient/family counseling and training.Consult closely with multi-disciplinary team members to create collaborative treatment plans and integrative strategiesProvide individual therapy sessions as well as group and/or co-treats with other disciplines as therapeutically appropriate.Maintain patient records, documentation, and appropriate billing in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy to ensure excellent standard of careDevelops and implements innovative and specific treatment plans to maximize the patient's functional potential or return to previous level of functioning, based on clinical findings.
