Highlights Location: Akron, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Akron General Hospital Department/Unit: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Schedule: Full‑time, Night shift (7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to patients. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a given patient population. Complete ongoing assessments and recognize changes in patient condition. Develop and update goals, involving patients and families in care plans. Coordinate the interdisciplinary plan of care and serve as a patient advocate. Administer treatments and medications, and document care provided. Participate in ongoing interdisciplinary evaluation of patient/family outcomes. Delegate tasks and serve as a resource person for the team. Communicate patient plan of care and current outcomes at shift report. Ensure compliance with JCAHO Core Measures related to nursing care.
