Job Title: CWP Immunizing Nurse - Vaccination Initiative Address: Far Rockaway, NY Job Description Administer vaccines including flu, COVID, and MMR. Display empathy and compassion for patients and colleagues. Adapt to change in a dynamic community healthcare setting. Lead and motivate support staff to maximize strengths and reduce knowledge gaps. Professionally interact with health care professionals and patients. Apply clinical skills such as medication administration and vaccination. Critical Information Onsite as needed; in-person, patient-facing role. Work hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Education/Licenses Needed Full, active, and unrestricted license as a registered nurse in the state of New York. At least one year of related nursing experience including immunizing and providing quality care to patients. BLS (Basic Life Saving) certification required. Benefits: Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
