Purchasing Manager

This role is responsible for leading purchasing operations and team performance while optimizing procurement processes, reducing costs, and ensuring timely and accurate acquisition of medical supplies and services across the health system. Must Have 5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience 2+ years of experience within a healthcare environment Strong knowledge of healthcare purchasing practices and supply chain regulations Experience managing purchase orders, vendor relationships, and procurement workflows Proven ability to lead teams, manage staff performance, and drive operational improvements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Nice to Have Experience with ERP systems (Peoplesoft preferred) Prior leadership experience managing buyers or purchasing teams Experience supporting capital procurement or value analysis initiatives Background working with supply chain/procurement systems and reporting tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
