We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Coordinator to help create an exceptional guest experience and support a world-class housekeeping operation. The Housekeeping Coordinator plays a vital role within the Rooms Division, providing administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping Department. Maintain accurate housekeeping records and department documentation. Coordinate daily room status updates between Housekeeping and the Front Office. Answer department phones and respond promptly to guest and team member inquiries. Prepare and distribute daily work assignments and operational information to the housekeeping team. Issue, track, and collect department keys, radios, and other assigned equipment. Support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Housekeeping Department. The role of Housekeeping Coordinator requires a keen attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service to others. Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, administrative support, or customer service preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, email communication, and data entry. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally and effectively with guests, team members, and leadership. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Ability to remain seated for extended periods while performing administrative duties. Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
