Job Title FFS Clinician - Bedford Counseling Associates (BCA) Location Manchester, NH 03101 Job Type Full-time (23 billable hours per week) Job Description Independently licensed clinician to join a vibrant fee-for-service group practice in our outpatient mental health practice. Bedford Counseling Associates specializes in shorter-term counseling with adults, seniors, and families. You can build your own hours to fit your schedule. Hybrid work is available and supported. As a fee for service clinician, you will receive top priority in referrals and transfers of patients. We have an ancillary billing team that handles claims, credentialing, and more. A support staff team assists with patient needs, and a robust training program supports your CEU requirements. Monthly peer collaboration and consultation are offered to support your licensure. Key Responsibilities Assessment, diagnostic screening, and treatment planning. Safety planning, ongoing care, and referrals to community resources. Collaborate with other clinicians, medication providers, and medical assistants to meet clinical needs. Maintain interdepartmental communication around patient needs, timely documentation, and consistent follow-up with patients as needed. Experience Relevant experience in providing emergency mental health services is preferred. Licensure/Certification Master's Degree LICSW, LCMHC required Skills And Competencies Commitment to teamwork. Self-starter, independent. Time management and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills with co-workers, staff, clients, and community partners. Ability to work within an EMR system. Compensation $70 per hour for intake, $63 per hour for follow up.
