Work Environment\n

This full-time position operates from a remote work environment, offering flexibility while maintaining essential connections with both clients and colleagues. Our work hours are typically Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, but the role may require occasional evening or weekend hours based on the specific needs of our clients. This schedule allows for a healthy work-life balance while ensuring that our clients receive timely support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, employing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate treatment plans that address the specific psychosocial issues faced by clients within the hospice setting.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other social workers, to develop and implement holistic care strategies.

• Engage clients and their families in the decision-making process to enhance their sense of choice and empowerment throughout their care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
