Special Needs Teacher RBT

Integrated Autism Center is looking for a Special Needs Teacher RBT to start soon in 2023! We at Integrated Autism Center strive to provide quality of life along with the most effective forms of ABA in our practice. We afford our learners the dignity and respect they deserve. We maximize learning opportunities through exploration and play. Pivotal response training and natural environment teaching allow us to impact our learners in a way that generalizes to home and community. It also creates meaningful communication natural to their environment while developing coping and resiliency. Our school readiness program not only prepares our learners for the new environment but also provides resources for parents navigating the education system. We are looking for playful, high-energy Behavior Technicians seeking full-time employment. You must have a passion for helping kids learn and have fun! We will also pay for your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

Job Description:

• In Center Monday - Friday 7:45 am-4:15 pm.
• Client material creation and preparation.
• Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA.
• Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games).
• Record client data into the Central Reach program.
• Convert appointments into billing within 24 hrs.
• Write detailed SOAP notes.
• Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA.
• Attend monthly performance goal meetings with the CEO.
• Attend Quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities.
• Cleaning duties.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.
