The successful candidate will work with the team to provide the modern pay experience to our clients.Main responsibilitiesLiaise with external vendors to ensure smooth and timely processing of net and statutory paymentsEnsuring funds are requested from clients in a timely manner and managing clients to ensure requests are complied withPreparation and review of reconciliation reports for the use of client’s accounting departmentMaintenance of process documentation as requiredEnsuring bank details for any new payees are correctly set upAssist, as necessary, in the implementation of new customersAny other Ad hoc duties as requiredThis role follows hybrid work arrangement with 4x/month RTO.
