Job Description Job Description Sales Manager - Ford & CDJR Dealership Location: Jasper, Alabama Company: Grey Wolf Automotive Group Grey Wolf Automotive Group is growing and looking for a driven, experienced Sales Manager to join our Ford and Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram (CJDR) dealership in Jasper, AL. We are seeking a leader who can motivate a team, drive sales performance, and help take the store to the next level. Responsibilities: * Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets * Desk deals, structure transactions, and maximize gross profit * Train, coach, and develop sales consultants * Monitor CRM activity and ensure proper follow-up with customers * Work closely with F&I and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience * Maintain inventory levels and merchandising standards Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Sales Manager or high-performing Finance Manager/GSM in an automotive dealership * Strong desking and closing skills * Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable * Experience with Ford and/or CDJR brands preferred * Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership operations What We Offer: * Competitive pay plan (salary + commission + bonuses) * High-volume opportunity with strong growth potential * Supportive and fast-growing dealer group * Career advancement opportunities If you're a results-driven leader ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.
