Duties & Responsibilities Provides technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Responds to user inquiries and resolves technical issues. Installs, configures, and maintains computer systems and applications. Documents issues and resolutions. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems Ability to troubleshoot technical issues Strong customer support skills Ability to document technical processes and resolutions Attention to detail Communication skills Minimum/General Experience 1 year to 3 years of related experience Minimum Education HS Diploma (or equivalent) Disclaimer The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work to be performed.
