Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive physical therapy plans to address patient needs and goals
• Implement and progress physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and equipment training
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care and effective communication
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers to promote self-management and independence
