Warehouse Associate

Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a consistent weekend schedule? We are seeking Warehouse Associates to support our Pick/Pack and Batch operations. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork, we would like to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Pick & Pack Orders

• Use pick lists, RF scanners, tablets, and warehouse computers to locate products throughout the warehouse.
• Pick customer orders accurately based on order requirements.
• Verify product quantities and scan items to ensure order accuracy.
• Pack products securely and prepare orders for shipment.
• Print and apply shipping labels to completed orders.
• Verify shipping information and ensure labels match the correct products and orders.
• Stage completed packages in designated areas for shipment.

Batch Processing

• Group and organize orders efficiently to support warehouse workflow.
• Use warehouse systems, RF scanners, and tablets to process batch orders.
• Ensure orders are accurately matched and prepared for the next stage of fulfillment.
• Maintain organization and accuracy while handling multiple orders.

Quality Control

• Inspect products for damage, defects, or order discrepancies before shipment.
• Verify product information, quantities, and shipping details for accuracy.
• Ensure all shipments meet company quality standards.

Inventory Support

• Scan inventory using RF scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with inventory counts and keeping products organized.
• Report inventory shortages or damaged products to supervisors.

Warehouse Systems

• Operate RF scanners, tablets, and computers to complete order processing and inventory transactions.
• Enter and update information accurately in warehouse systems.
• Follow warehouse procedures to maintain accurate order tracking.

Teamwork

• Work closely with warehouse team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse, pick/pack, batching, shipping, or distribution experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience using RF scanners, computers, tablets, and warehouse systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
