Branch Operations Support Specialist

Summary The Branch Operations Support Specialist II is responsible for ensuring proper documentation of deposit accounts, performing account maintenance, and archiving account documents and other bank records across all Dickinson Financial Corporation banks. The specialist will be trained to handle additional tasks related to IRA, business accounts, ticklers, or decedent affairs. The specialist will provide phone and email support for various areas within the bank, including branch operations, client care center, eCommerce, loan operations, and accounts payable. Responsibilities Perform account check back to ensure proper account set up and account documentation for deposit accounts including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit. This may include checkback for Business documents, Decedent Affairs, Power of Attorney, and IRA review. Scan and index account documentation and other bank records into permanent online storage system. Perform account maintenance and block posting using Navigator and/or Foxtrot and MAP. Document and update procedures as necessary. Perform one or more of the following job duties: IRA accounts, business accounts, create and change Foxtrot Scripts, tickler review or decedent affairs for the account types listed above. Disposition of funds from tickler closures or decedent affairs. Process Power of Attorney inquiries. Process Verification of Deposit inquiries. Provide general support by answering questions over the phone or via email for branch employees, call center employees and associates from other departments including verification of deposit accounts. Ensure work premises constitutes a safe work environment that promotes positive bank image, including regular inspection for and remediation of any hazardous conditions; regular maintenance and cleaning of premises; adherence to all posting requirements in jurisdiction, including human resources and compliance postings; and provision of comfortable and appropriate space for associates to conduct banking business. Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies. Understand, communicate, and instill the Company’s mission, vision, and values (Pillars of Success). Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures. Working at the worksite during regular business hours and/or assigned hours. Other specified duties as assigned.
