Cambridge City Primary & Specialty Care Physician

Position Details:

• Full-time hospital employed position

• Rural Health Center

• Team: 1 DO and 1 NP

• Office Hours : Monday through Thursday, 7 am to 5 pm; Friday 7 am to 4 pm.

Education/Experience

Board Eligible or Board Certified Required : Family Medicine

Experience Required : Opened to newly trained and practicing physicians

Licensure : Indiana Medical License

Certifications : Must maintain BLS/ACLS
