We are seeking a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist who wants to work independently and set their own schedule. This is a contract position requiring the therapist to perform evaluations throughout Andover, ME .
The Types of Evaluations Include:
- Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)
- Home Modification Assessments
- Ergonomic Evaluations
These evaluations must be conducted Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM , but there is flexibility in choosing specific times and days.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in either Physical or Occupational Therapy
- Current and active State Licenses
- CPR Certified
- BLS Certified
- Pediatrics and/or
- Acute Care
Key Details:
- Onsite work throughout the Andover area
- All training and software will be provided
- Résumé submission required for those interested
- Required experience in musculoskeletal evaluations.
