A nonprofit organization supporting individuals with disabilities seeks an Employment Training Specialist to provide supervision and assistance to individuals in reaching their employment goals. Responsibilities include developing job placements, providing pre-employment counseling, and facilitating job skills training. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and experience in vocational services, along with strong communication and organizational abilities.
