POSITION: Pest Control Technician

This isn’t your average technician job. As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of our company, trusted by customers to protect their homes and families. Your main focus will be providing outstanding pest control services while maintaining a winning attitude and a proactive mindset. You’ll also have the chance to earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along your route.

We give you the tools, training, and support to succeed, including your fully equipped company vehicle and expert coaching from industry leaders. Whether you're treating a home, solving a tough pest issue, or introducing a neighbor to our services, every day you’ll make a real difference.

• Pay: $22–$24 per hour + incentives & bonuses + commission on new accounts

SALES, BONUS & COMMISSIONS

• 10% UP FRONT and an additional 25% on the BACK END of the contract value
• $2 per each completed mosquito stop
• Seasonal bonus opportunities
• Crawl Space referrals: $50 for inspections & another $50 when service is completed

APPLAUSE

• “ Tip Your Tech ” program where customers can leave a gratuity
• $10 for every 5 STAR Google Business review
• Seasonal tip matching opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21  years old or older
• Ability to work 10am -7pm and every other Saturday
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Safely maneuver and navigate through crawlspaces and attics
• Pass a drug screen
• Obtain a local Pesticide License (we cover training & testing fees)
