Your Next Adventure Epic Vacations is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to keep our marketing engine moving fast and on target—turning guest interest into measurable momentum. You’ll coordinate campaigns, keep systems running smoothly, and help connect qualified opportunities to our sales team. Key responsibilities include: Build and maintain CRM, databases, and marketing automation workflows Launch and refine email, digital, and social campaigns Create compelling content that strengthens our online presence Track performance, build dashboards, and report on leads, engagement, and appointments Use AI and modern tools to streamline work and improve results Required skills/qualifications: Strong phone and in-person communication; relationship-building comes naturally Tech-savvy; comfortable with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and data Creative, organized, analytical, and reliable with follow-through Ownership mindset; you drive projects forward A Day in Motion Your day kicks off onsite in Hilton Head Island by checking live dashboards and campaign metrics, then making quick adjustments so the next wave of outreach lands perfectly. You’ll spend time fine-tuning automations, polishing a fresh email or social post, and using AI tools to remove busywork. Between analytics sprints, you’ll connect with vacationing guests—by phone and face-to-face—keeping conversations upbeat, helpful, and clear. As interest builds, you’ll document details cleanly, keep follow-ups tight, and hand off warm opportunities so the sales team can take the next step. You’ll wrap up by spotting patterns in the data and pitching one smart improvement for tomorrow.
