Job Description

An established distribution operation in New Braunfels is seeking a General Laborer to support material sorting and warehouse operations. This position focuses primarily on hand-sorting break-pack boxes, plastic containers, wooden pallets, and other materials. You will also load, unload, move, and inspect materials while meeting production expectations. Safety, cleanliness, and consistent productivity are important parts of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Sort and hand-stack break-pack boxes, plastic containers, pallets, and other materials according to instructions
• Load, unload, and move materials by hand or on pallets and crates throughout the facility
• Inspect products and materials to verify quality standards and ensure loads are secure
• Meet established production and efficiency expectations while following required procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all workplace safety standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to perform repetitive material handling and sorting duties throughout the scheduled shift
• High degree of attention to safety to help prevent injury and maintain a safe work environment
• Ability to follow instructions and complete required records accurately
• Safety footwear is required
• Must be available for mandatory overtime when required

The base pay for this position is $19 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
