Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | Minimum 1 weeknight call per week (Monday–Friday) and 1 weekend call (Saturday 0700–Monday 0700) per 6-week schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
• Assist surgical teams during cardiovascular and open-heart procedures
• Monitor and assess patient status throughout perioperative phases
• Maintain a safe and sterile surgical environment in accordance with facility protocols
• Participate in required on-call rotations including weeknight and weekend coverage

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Prior experience in CVOR or cardiovascular surgical nursing
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work 10-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week
• Availability to fulfill on-call requirements as scheduled

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification
• Experience with open-heart or complex cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Familiarity with perioperative nursing standards and scrub/circulator roles
