Position:  Reach Truck, Cherry Picker & Sit-Down Forklift Operator

Location:  Puyallup, WA 

Pay: $23 to $24/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience:  2 years of recent experience operating a reach truck, Cherry Picker (Order Picker), and Sit-Down Forklift.

Type: Full-time; Temp to Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm (Ability to work OT as needed) 

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers
• Load and unload trailers and containers accurately and efficiently
• Move, stack, and store products in designated warehouse areas
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders with strong attention to detail
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience operating sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers required
• 2–5 years of recent warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to safely move heavy materials such as flooring and granite using warehouse equipment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Customer service mindset and strong work ethic
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for 8–10-hour shifts
