Compassionate Resident Care Assistant (6am-2pm)

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Ohio is seeking a dedicated caregiver to support residents in activities of daily living, from grooming to mobility assistance, across a 6am-2pm shift. You will respond to emergencies, follow care plans, and help maintain a safe, comfortable living environment while adhering to facility policies. CPR preferred; prior elder-care experience is a plus.
