Overview A Day In The Life As the Asset Protection Specialist, no one day is ever the same! You are focused on preventing loss and controlling shrink by monitoring various areas of the store for fraud, compliance discrepancies, and other related activities. You work to identify potential concerns through use of our video surveillance and other systems and apprehend in accordance with company policy, local and state laws with safety as the prevailing priority. Responsibilities Monitor store areas for fraud, compliance discrepancies, and other related activities to prevent loss and control shrink. Identify potential concerns through the use of video surveillance and other systems. Apprehend in accordance with company policy and local and state laws, with safety as the prevailing priority. Ensure the store remains a safe and secure environment for customers, associates, and business partners. Qualifications You are 18 years of age or older. You have experience in loss prevention, asset protection or other related experiences. You take pride in the work you do, whether big or small. You put the safety and welfare of yourself and others as a priority. Working in varying environments doesn’t faze you, whether in store or on the outside perimeter. You approach challenges in a positive, kind manner. You enjoy building relationships and teaching others.
