Stellenbeschreibung Neukundenakquise von Großprojekten im Bereich Innenausbau / Baumanagement / General Contracting /Real Estate Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung des kompletten Vertriebsprozesses: Akquise --> Angebot --> Abschluss Bearbeitung und Entwicklung einer Neukundenstrategie Verantwortung für die Kundenentwicklungsphase Erschließung neuer Märkte Aktive Marktanalyse Vertriebspersönlichkeit mit einer kaufmännischen / technischen Ausbildung Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Vertrieb zum Bsp. als Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Key Account Manager (m/w/d) Sehr gute Marktkenntnisse Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (von Vorteil) Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit sehr guter Präsentationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick Reisebereitschaft (Deutschland) Zusätzliche Informationen Freue Dich auf eine tolle Teamgemeinschaft, spannende Projekte und neue Herausforderungen bei umdasch sowie: Remote-Work Arbeitsplatz und Firmenfahrzeug, auch zur privaten Nutzung Unbefristeter Anstellungsvertrag, 30 Tage Urlaub, Möglichkeit zum JobRad Leasing Umfangreicher Einarbeitungsplan zum Start bei umdasch inkl.
