ARAA Home Care, LLC, Home Care givers will work with clients in their home providing expert supportive care to all patients and families.CNA/ HHA/PCA Responsibilities:Provide great patient care.Answer patient calls and determine how best to assist them.Provide physical support for patients or residents with daily activities Toileting, Walking,Standing, Exercising, Eating/Diet, Medication Assistance, Vital Signs, Basic First Aid and CPR, Hygiene: Bathing, Grooming, Shaving, Dental Care, DressingObtain a wide range of information from physicians, caregivers, and nurses about patient condition, treatment plans, and suggested activities.Following the client's service plan & documenting any changes in the client's conditionEnsure patients receive an appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.Measure and record food and liquid intake and urinary and fecal output and reporting changes to medical or nursing staff.Record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate as requested by staff.Ambulation and transfer, including positioning; Turn and reposition bedridden patientsExamine patients to detect issues requiring medical care, including open wounds, bruises, or blood in urineRemind patients to take medications and nutritional supplementsNote/Document observations of patient behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms to nursesStay up to date on CNA training and facility policy and proceduresHome management, home safety and sanitation; Infection control in the homeCounties: DEKALB, GWINNETT, COBB, FULTON, SPALDING, ROCKDALE, NEWTON, CLAYTON, AND HENRY CountyRate of Pay: $15.00/HR - $17.00/ HR WILLING NEGOTIATE PAY RATE MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL AT LEAST 30 MINUTES OUTSIDE OF YOUR RESIDENTIAL AREA.We offer a nice BENEFIT(S) Package: Disability insurance (Long-term and Short-term with options) Dental and vision insurance Life insurance 401k Retirement Account Accident Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Pre- Paid Legal InsuranceCNA/ PCA/HHA Requirements: 1-2 years' work experience Basic Health and Tuberculosis Screening Participate in Quality Improvement Program Ability to lift up to 50lbs State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA only) PCA/HHA Must complete a state certified exam (Will discuss during onboarding) Current CPR (American Heart Association) Ability to think and work independently and with direction and communicate with staff?members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
