About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Corporate Controller to take on a pivotal, hands-on leadership role in overseeing all accounting operations within a multi-entity organization. The successful candidate will be a key member of the finance leadership team, working closely with the CFO and Operations to ensure financial consistency, enhance visibility, and support strategic decision-making. This role is particularly suited to individuals with a background in private equity-backed environments, as the VP, Corporate Controller will be responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and acquisition integration. The position demands a leader who can build and maintain the necessary infrastructure for a high-growth, PE-backed setting, and who is adept at driving accounting transformations, centralization efforts, and process standardization. Applicants for the VP, Corporate Controller position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and a CPA is required. The role requires significant progressive accounting experience, including leadership in multi-entity, multi-location environments, and a strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration, as well as experience in implementing or optimizing ERP platforms.
