Technology Quality Technician

Job Title: Technology Quality Technician Location: Rosharon, TX 77583 Employment Type: Contract About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to conducting quality control activities, including inspections, tests, and results reporting, ensuring compliance with quality management systems, and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Inspect documentation, parts, components, materials, subassemblies, and equipment against stated specifications.
- Assist in designing tests and fixtures and their set-up.
- Ensure all inspection and test activities are conducted safely.
- Document the results of inspections and tests, and verify the stability of results over time.
- Collaborate with engineers on inspection outcomes.
- Mechanical dimensional inspection experience.
- Hands-on experience using manual inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and plug gauges.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- 2-3 years of mechanical dimensional inspection experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- SAP experience.
- Experience in oil & gas or similar manufacturing environments.
