RN - Med/Surg - Nights

Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Engage in continuous learning to enhance nursing skills and knowledge. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Assist in achieving departmental targets and performance metrics. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care. Provide emotional support to patients and families during challenging times. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in the state of practice. Willingness to work night shifts consistently. Experience in a Med/Surg setting preferred. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning. Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions. Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols. Ability to document patient care accurately and timely.
