Talent Acquisition Analyst

Job Type: Temporary (Fixed Term) – 6‑month contract position engaged through a third‑party agency. Working in the office four days per week with remote flexibility on Fridays. Company‑paid parking is provided. Responsibilities Full‑cycle recruiting for professional and early‑t talent positions, including job description development, posting, sourcing, and pipeline maintenance. Screen applications, conduct assessments, schedule and coordinate interview processes with managers, directors, and stakeholders. Prepare interview questions, hiring materials, and oversee interview sessions. Facilitate the offer process—recommend salary ranges, incentives and start dates, extend offers verbally and in writing. Conduct needs analysis (intakes) to design recruiting strategies that meet organizational goals. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Represent Talent Acquisition strategy to support a positive candidate experience and employee onboarding. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process. Proven success recruiting top‑tier talent across a broad range of skill sets in a corporate environment. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation and time‑management skills. Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies to build talent pools. Proficient in an enterprise Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Workday) and in generating reports with Excel. Clear criminal history and satisfactory reference checks. Compliance with the company’s drug and alcohol policy, including pre‑employment testing. Authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of employment (no visa sponsorship).
