Position Title: Bakery Production Associate Wage: $14.50 - $16.50/hour Shift: 12 Hours Hours: 2:00am - 2:30pm, 4:00am - 4:30pm, 5:00am - 5:30pm, 2:00pm - 2:30am or 3:00pm - 3:30am (5 Days / Week) We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to join a fast-paced food manufacturing team in Fond du Lac, WI. Bakery Production Associate Responsibilities: Assist with placing and feeding dough onto the production line Refill flour sifters to maintain continuous production flow Prepare and portion fillings for production use Help smash and shape dough to meet product standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Place finished sheet pans on racks and handle products carefully Work efficiently to keep up with a high-volume production environment Requirements for Bakery Production Associate: Candidates with a strong work history and job longevity preferred Food manufacturing experience highly preferred Packaging or production line experience a plus Entry-level candidates are welcome, but experience in fast-paced environments is beneficial Reliable, consistent attendance is a must Ability to stand for 10–12 hours per shift Ability to lift up to 30lbs Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically active environment We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
