Fluent in Italian and English, the remote Local Support Specialist will manage partner communications, provide customer-centric support, and handle ticket escalations while ensuring outstanding service delivery in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities Assist B2B partners by taking calls, providing advice, and updating them on ongoing cases in Italian and English Manage incoming tickets and escalations, proactively working on resolutions and preventing future issues Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and effective service delivery Required qualifications Fluent in Italian and English, with additional language skills considered an advantage Experience in the travel industry, such as with concierge agencies or tour operators Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate partner needs Ability to handle multiple tasks and stressful situations professionally Quick learner with a results-oriented approach to new tools and processes
