Quality Manager with Security Clearance

Job Description Facilities Quality Manager – Quantico, VA (On‑Site) Responsibilities Provide oversight and management of the facility operations and maintenance Quality Management Program. Establish and maintain a complete Quality Management System (QMS) program for facilities operations and maintenance. Develop and revise a Quality Management Plan that describes the methodology and approaches to manage quality operations. Establish quality policies, objectives, and procedures for inspections, surveillance, corrective action, preventive action, and continuous improvement. Develop procedures for subcontractor work oversight and performance assessment. Plan, operate, and control processes and work performance to meet established objectives. Manage all quality‑related documentation, records, and reporting to the government client(s). Submit Quality Inspection and Surveillance reports and document work processes, procedures, and output measures in a timely fashion. Identify nonconformance and implement corrective actions and process adjustments promptly. Required Experience & Skills Hold a current Certified Manager of Quality (CMQ) and Organizational Excellence (OE) certification. At least five years of experience preparing and enforcing QMS programs on large facilities (over 700,000 sq ft). Experience developing and maintaining QMS, inspection plans, and documentation for facilities operations. Strong communication skills for interfacing and coordinating with technically qualified personnel. Proficiency with CMMS and quality inspection surveillance tools. Preferred Experience CMMS experience Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Business Management (preferred but not required). Salary Estimated $95,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and certifications. Background Check & Clearance All positions require a background screening and security clearance. The selected candidate may begin employment before the clearance is finalized; continued employment is contingent upon the final results. Special credentialing, clearance, or access may be required at the discretion of the government or client.
